2. How Many Products do Lamuka deal in?

Lamuka Deals in 4 main products , namely Coffee,Cocoa , Vanilla and Maize.These products are sourced from small holder farmers and some producer organisations. At Lamuka we then add value to them to meet the national and international standards and to meet the demands of our customers.

3. Can Lamuka Deliver a product to a customer who ordered via Email?

Definitely yes , but this applies to only customers within Uganda.Lamuka has got vibrant , self-driven and punctual team that gives attention to all customers requests and suggestions and that is our strength. Once an order is placed via email or other online channels , a customer is contacted and all terms of delivery are agreed upon.The delivery time is based on the customers location but usually the product can be delivered within 24hrs .

4. How safe and reliable are lamuka products

Lamuka partners with producer organizations and individual farmers who produce products under national and international standards. Producer organizations are either fairtrade certified , organic certified , or rainforest alliance certified and Rwenzori GI association members. For individual farmers, they undergo several trainings on sustainable production,General agronomy and other production practices that meet the sustainable agriculture standard. This is a guarantee that lamuka products are safe for our customers, good for the environment.
